Ragas School of Nursing (RSN), Chennai was established in 1992 in the name of S.P. Educational Trust.

It is a unit of Jaya Educational Trust founded by Prof. A. Kanagaraj, M.A.,M.Phil., to provide Education and the required training in health care and patient care to poor people belonged to rural area.

The courses offered by the School are recognized by Indian Nursing Council (INC) and Tamil Nadu Nursing council (TNC).

The main aim of the School is to render health services and to promote health education to meet the health needs of the community, to ease out the nurses’ scarcity in the country.
