Priyadarshini Yashodhara College of Pharmacy (PYCOP), Chandrapur was established in 2003.

The college is affiliated to the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education.

The college is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).

The college also recognised by the Pharmacy Council of India, Govt. of Maharashtra. Sarvoday Mahila Mandal is the only oldest and largest organization run by renowed social workers and ladies of ChandrapurDistrict.

This Mandal has been founded by well-known social worker, Dalit Mitra Smt. Yashodhara Bajaj (Ex-Minister of Maharashtra), in 1953 on auspicious occassion of Gandhi Jayanti for the education, betterment upliftment of deprived classes.

A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to students at Chaitanya Ayurved Mahavidyalaya in its various departments.
