The college is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anatapur.

Priyadarshini College of Engineering and Technology, Nellore was established in the year 2005 with a motive of imparting high quality education in engineering, under the Priyadarshini Educational Society. Priyadarshini Educational Society was established in the year 1985 by eminent brothers Sri P Subbarami Reddy Garu and Sri P V Sreenatha Reddy Garu with a mission to transform the young brains into master minds by imparting value oriented education with utmost discipline. In our college Technical education is provided in various fields including Engineering and Technology, Management studies and Computer Applications.

Priyadarshini College of Engineering and Technology,established in a sprawling area of 30 acres is having modern laboratory facilities, library, ICT Classrooms,spacious A/C Seminarhalls and wonderful play ground facilities.The College is located just a Km away from NH-5, also eight Km away from both Bus and Railway stations of Nellore. The institute is plying buses in all directions to the radius of 30Km for the convenience of dayschloar students. seperate hostel facilities are provided to the boys and girls inside the campus.
