Peniel Rural College of Education, Vemparali was estabished in 2007. Its affiliated to TamilNadu Teachers Education University.

The aim of the college is to educate the Orphan, Semi-orphan Children and especially for the victims of the female infanticides.

The Trust has established Peniel High school in 1994 recognized by Government of Tamil Nadu and in 2000; The Trust started the state Board English Medium Section.

The Trust has Obtained ISO 9001 certificate for the quality Management and Education.

Now, The Trust is starting Peniel rural college of education from the academic year 2007 - 2008 with the same aim and vision.

Their desire is it will become a model for all educational institution in this area with quality in all aspect.

The Trust hope their college will be a Light house for the students from rural areas and the needy students.

Paniel Rural College of Education (PRCE) was started by the Vocational Training and Rehabilitation Centre (VTRC) in the Dindigul District, Tamil Nadu. Approved by National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE) as per the order No. F.SRO/NCTE/B.Ed/2006-2007/6210 Dt. 11-07-2007. We offer Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) Degree course for the first generation College and University graduates hailing from rural areas.

The College is affiliated to the Madurai Kamaraj University during 2007-2008. Since 2008-2009. It is also affiliated with TNTEU (Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University) and NCTE India (Nation Council for Teacher Education).

Helping Rural Educated Youth

In the year 1985, motivated by a deep concern for the forsaken rural poor children's education, the Vocational Training and Rehabilitation Centre (VTRC) under its auspices, established schools in the year 1985. Krupa ITS in the 2014 and 'Peniel Rural College of Education" in the year 2007, in order to help the rural educated youth, by providing Teacher Education, and preparing them for a service oriented livelihood, so that they will serve and continue as good teachers in their rural people, by providing teacher education to rural, first generation graduates, especially women, who can educate the rural masses on different aspects of life.
