Pendekanti Law College was founded by Sri Pendekanti Venkata Subbaiah in 1990.

It is affiliated with Osmania University and approved by Bar Council of India.

The College has a well - equipped library with nearly 5000 books, and in addition there is a series of All India Reporter for 70 years from 1930 to up to date and other Journals numbering 1260.

College subscribes for 18 Law Journals including Modern Law Review besides newspapers and magazines of general nature.

The College provides modern facilities to its students.
