To provide an environment that enables students and faculty to make lasting contributions to the advancement of knowledge and the creative practice of engineering; Patel Group of Institutions (Indore) was established in the year 2005 at Ralamandal Indore, by Vanspati Smriti Shiksha Samiti. PCST, Indore is one of the leading Institutes of Central India. It offers higher education in Engineering, Management, Technology and Allied Sciences relevant to the current and projected needs of the society. The Institutes under PGOI, Indore are affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV), Bhopal, the Technical University of Madhya Pradesh, Devi Ahilya, Vishwavidyalaya University, Indore for MBA and allied science courses and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. It is located near to the Indore-Dewas Bypass, about 12 kms from the Railway Station and has a luxuriant campus sprawled in an area of 45 acres surrounded by the hills of Ralamandal.  Besides promoting research and disseminating knowledge gained there from, it fosters cooperation between the academic and industrial communities.

The focus is to develop a complete graduate, i.e. a combination of academic and co-curricular skills. We groom our students to face the challenges of the corporate world with a blend of social sensitivity. Besides the requisite managerial and technical skills, the students also attain visionary, entrepreneurial and leadership skills. The students are encouraged to undertake internship with companies. Research and innovation orientation provide exposure to the latest technological developments and managerial skills to the budding Engineers/Managers.
