Paryaya B.S.W. Degree College, Kalaburagi was established in 2008.

It is one of the premier colleges established to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone in the part of progress.

The college is affiliated to Gulbarga University, Kalaburagi and recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under section 2(f) & 12(B) under Act, 1956.

The main aim of the college is determined to provide the quality education to the students. With the correct mix of technology and human touch, the college empowers the aspiring teachers to propagate education through the rungs of the society so that they serve the nation while making a satisfying career for themselves.

They have started this college to motivate youngsters through the education of social work. The college offers Bachelor degree course in the field of Social Work. It also offers three years undergraduate courses in Arts stream.

They are taking admissions of the rural students (failed students in main examinations who are passed in supplementary examinations with marginal percentage) and taking this as a challenge to bring them into the mainstream so that they become capable of competing with other urban and meritorious students.
