Panineeya Mahavidyalaya College of Education, Hyderabad was established in 1983.

The institution has carved a niche for itself as one of the prominent teacher training colleges of Andhra Pradesh with an excellent performance in the university examination. The teacher training program here is exclusively set up for women in order to empower them. The institution imparts training and daily practice of yoga exercise. This has contributed to the enrichment of the program of building up a new perspective in students with reference to the role of the teacher in shaping the destiny of the nation.

The college has all the basic facilities on its campus. These facilities are provided to help the students in acquiring quality teacher education. Candidates are selected on the basis of their performance in Andhra Ed CET and counseling. A graduate in any stream from a recognized university is eligible.
