P.M.B. Gujarati Commerce College, Indore was established in 1952 by Seth Shri Manilal Baldevdas Parikh.

P.M.B. Gujarati Commerce College, Indore was initially a part of P.M.B Gujarati Inter College started to cater the need of higher education in the city.

In 1958 the college was made a degree college. 

The College is affiliated to Devi Ahilya University (DAVV), Indore and accrediated B+ Grade by NAAC.
