The college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Technical University (RGTU), Bhopal

OIST the oldest among the Institutes, reached its objective with the NBA accreditation for all its programs. OIST is the most preferred choice of the PET selected students seeking admission through counseling conducted by the University of the State.

It has all the programs accredited by National Board of Accreditation AICTE, New Delhi. Campus of Oriental Institute of Science & Technology - The institute stands majestically on state highway linking BHEL township & Raisen.
