Noble College, Krishna was established in 1843.

Its affiliated to Acharya Nagarjuna University (ANU), Guntur.

The college is maintained by Rev.Robert Turlington Noble, is one of the oldest institutions in India started by Christian Missionaries. In 1864 it was raised to the college grade, affiliated to Madras University.

Lindsay Commission suggested that Noble College, Machilipatnam and Andhra Christian College, Guntur should be merged and a united College be started at Vijayawada.

The college has been a leading educational institution, serving all sections of community post-graduate courses. Noble College was affiliated to Acharya Nagarjuna University.
