Nitte Rukmini Adyanthaya Memorial (NRAM) Polytechnic, Udupi was established in 1982 under the management of NITTE Trust and was the first private Polytechnic started in the undivided South Canara District.

It is one of the premier colleges established to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone in the part of progress.

NRAM Polytechnic is affiliated to the Department of Technical Education, Bengaluru and recognized by the Government of Karnataka. It is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi.

The campus of Nitte Rukmini Adyanthaya Memorial Polytechnic - The Institute is housed in the NET campus at Nitte, Located at a distance of 53 km from Mangaluru and 30 km from Udupi.

The campus is situated in a sprawling area of 100 acres. Being adjacent to the State Highway from Padubidri to Kudremukh, transportation to and from the campus is hassle free with a plethora of express and local buses plying the route.

The institution offers the following Diploma courses with an intake as noted against each branch. The duration of these courses is 3 years. Students are provided with placement services also.
