Nishitha Degree College, Nizamabad was established in 1994. Its affiliated to Osmania University, Hyderabad.

It is a premier institution pioneering the cause providing quality technologically oriented education in Nizamabad district, with an aspiration to contribute its mite, in its small way to the concept called brand India.

Nishitha PG College was started with MCA course being offered for the students.The first batch of MCA students were rolled out in the year 1997 with 100% result an 97% of them in first class.

Such learning seat was sought by educationally backward people of Nizamabad District of Northern Telangana. It was accomplished by the establishment of Nishitha Degree College in Nizamabad Town, the District Head Quarters.

Nishitha Academy of Education is an organisation that has been making vital contributions towards this goal. Nishitha Degree College was started in 1994 by the establishment of Nishitha Educational Academy. It (NEA) was registered through Letter No.5621/1993 dt.27-12-1993. For Degree Courses Osmania Univesity gave affiliation during 1994-1995 by Lr.No.MR/226/H/1281/94/95/Acad/Dt.12-07-1994 . It has M.COM(E-COMMERCE) and M.Sc(MATHEMATICS) started in 2014-2015 as per G.O.Ms.NO.278, Education Dt.24-07-1995.

The idea is basically an attempt to transform the young Indian into highly competent and talented professionals  arm them with knowledge, skills, improve his efficiency, increase his productivity, fine tune his personality.
