Netaji Nagar Day College (N N Day College), Kolkata was established in 1967, is the translation of a long-cherished dream into reality by the sheer determination of the refugee population of this fast-developing colony.

The college is affiliated to Calcutta University and University Grants Commission.

To develop the prevailing system of Under-Graduate level of education with Honours course in a large number of subjects while emphasizing the need for providing job-oriented education and introducing the subjects of contemporary relevance.

To uplift the level of education to that of Post-Graduate education.
