Narnarayan Shastri Institute of Technology (NSIT), Jetalpur was established in 2008.

The academic program of NSIT is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and is affiliated to Gujarat Technological University (GTU).

We at NSIT not only develop professionals of high caliber imbued with values of entrepreneurship but also teach ethical practices, high morality and social responsibility.

With its establishments in 2008, the institute offers undergraduate courses of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Computer Science Engineering. Thereafter the institute has been expanded with inclusion of two new departments in the fields of Civil Engineering and Automobile Engineering.

The Management has decided to expand the institute horizontally and vertically in coming years by following the word of Lord Swaminarayan. Moreover, Institute will introduce Master Degree Programs like MBA, MCA and M.E. Our aim is to lead the institute towards University.

GOALS

• Publish an average of two conference papers and/or one refereed journal paper per faculty per year.

• Organize one short course and one workshop/seminar/conference by each department every year.
