Nadgir Institute of Engineering and Technology (NDIET), Bangalore was established in 2004.

The college is a private, unaided, self-financed minority institution, recognized by the Government of Karnataka, AICTE and is affiliated to the Visvesvaraya Technological University.

It is owned and managed by Nadgir Education Society, Bangalore.
