N.I.C College of Education, Rohtak was established in 2008 under the management of N.I.C Educational Trust, Assan (Rohtak).
It is one of the premier colleges established to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone in the part of progress.
The college is situated at Assan on Rohtak-Sonepat Road in a peaceful environment surrounded by natural and lush green forms and is most conducive to learning.
The college is affiliated to State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Gurgaon. It is recognized & approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Jaipur.
The college also offers two years Diploma in Education (D.Ed.) course for those who have completed their intermediate with the minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognized college/university under the affiliating body State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Gurgaon.
Students here are admitted who completed their intermediate from recognized college/university with at least 50% marks in major or in aggregate at the intermediate level. But Scheduled Castes (S.C.), Scheduled Tribes (S.T.) & (O.B.C) candidates are to be entitled with a relaxation 5% marks ineligibility for admission.
