Muslim Girls Degree College, Bulandshahr was established in 1995. Its Affiliated University : Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut.

The College Known as Muslim Girls Degree College was established by Anjuman-Moin-ut-Tulba, Bulasndshahr, as association for promoting and popularizing religious and secular education among the Muslim inhabitants of Bulandshahr district. The Anjuman is a registered and recognized body by the state government. Late Haji Raunaq Ali Khan the founder President and Late Haji Abdul Shahid Khan was the Manager / Secretary of the College at that time. Prof. J.A. Khan, Retd. Head B.Ed Dept. was the founder Principal of the college.

The College is an under-graduate college having seven faculties namely Hindi, English, Urdu, History, Political Science, Sociology and Home Science. The college is affiliated to Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut and the college got permanent recognition from the government in July 2006. At Present Al-Haj Rashid Ali Khan is the President and Al-Haj Abdul Hakim Advocate is the Manager of the College. The Management Committee has got approved by the University.

Prof. J.A. Khan who till last year was the Principal of the college is now working as Administrative Officer to the College and Dr. Mani Sharma is the Principal of the College.

The College is situated in the heart of the city of K.P. Road, Bulandshahr, It has a vast play ground for organizing games and sports and students play Handball, Volley Ball, Cricket, Badminton, Table Tennis regularly in the college. The College is surrounded with trees and has a greenish out look.

There is a Unity N.S.S. of 100 students in the College. Mrs. Seema Rani is the Programme officer. Cultural activities are organized from time to time in the college under the auspicies of Cultural-cum-Literary Society. Dr. Mani Sharma is the incharge. Eminent scholars are invited for extension lectures.

There is a well-furnished Library cum Reading Room in the college (2000 Sq.Ft) Computer education is compulsory for all the students of the College.
