Mukti ANM Training Centre, Puri was established in 2004 with the objective to imbibe in trainees the knowledge, skills, confidence, leadership, professional ethics, human values and discipline required in their career building both in non-government and government sectors and to work successfully for the age, nation and humanity.

The institute is recognized by the Government of Orissa and Orissa Nursing Council since 2005 and is affiliated to the Indian Nursing Council since 2009.

The training center is affiliated to Health centers like PHC Konark, CHC Gop & Puri Head Quarter Hospital.
