Minority Arts and Science College (MASC), Kerala was established in 2005 and it is affiliated in University of Calicut. The University of Calicut, the second university to be set up in Kerala.
Established in 2005,Minority Arts and Science College is run by the minority educational trust, Padinharangadi. The college is situated in the educationally and socially backward region of western side of Ottapalam Taluk in Palakkad District. It is a Self Financing Regular First Grade College affiliated to UNIVERSITY OF CALICUT and recognized by GOVT. OF KERALA. The College is located on picturesque hill top of Vattaparambu just 1.5 km from Padinharangadi centre on the Parakkulam road. It is 20 km away from Kuttippuram Railway station and 15km from Pattambi. Kumaranellur, Edappal, Changaramkulam, Thrithala are near by towns.
The Minority Arts and Science College have the hostel facilities and all other infrastructures and provides Bachelor degree courses in various streams like Mass Communication. The institute's infrastructure is modern with well equipped facilities. A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to the students in various departments of the college.
