MG Vidyamandir's Institute of Industrial & Pharmacy Technology (MGVIOIPT), Nashik was establisehd in 1972 under the guidance of Late Shri Vyankatraoji Hiray.

The college is affiliated to the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences. The college is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).

The institute owes its origin to the munificence of Late Prof. V.M.D Patwardhan, a versatile literary authority and renowned educationist of Nashik.

The two-year Diploma course in Pharmacy is a step towards the larger objective of imparting job-oriented education, the urgent need of the day.

The college is the first one in Nashik District to introduce Diploma Course in Pharmacy.

The D.Pharm course has the required recognition from Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Mumbai.Directorate of Technical Education, Mumbai.
