MeenakshiI B.Ed College (MBC), Dindigul was established in 2004.

The Meenakshi B.Ed.College aims at offering Teacher Education programme at Under Graduate level further it aims at doing extension service programmes to reach the schools especially in the backward district of Dindigul for the purpose of improving the standard of education.

The College is affiliated to Tamil Nadu Teacher's Education University.

Meenakshi B.Ed. College, from Dindigul District with an aim of providing a good education to those want a complete B.Ed. solutions. Our college is situated 14 Kilometres away from Dindigul, having a greeny surrounding with a peaceful environment ensuring the students of good and a peaceful study.

Meenakshi B.Ed. College, Palani Road, Mangarai Pirivu, Dindigul is formed by Meenakshi Education Trust, Dindigul. It is managed under Meenakshi Educational Trust which has been registered as a Public Charitable Trust. The Trust is already running successfully having a Higher Secondary School in this backward district. The Trust is now keen to serve in the field of teacher education by proposing the Meenakshi B.Ed.College. The Meenakshi B.Ed. College previously affiliated to Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University 2007-2008 and approved by NCTE. Now we are accredited With "B" grade by NAAC.

The Meenakshi B.Ed. College previously affiliated to Madurai Kamaraj University from 2007 to 2008.
