It was established with the recognition of Karnataka State Government.
MIFSE is managed by Minerva educational Charitable Trust, Registered under the Indian Trust Act.
Vision and Mission:
The vision of the college is to generate, develop and sustain a voluntary movement on safety at the national level aimed at educating and influencing society to adopt appropriate policies, practices and procedures.
