Mairang is also the headquarter of Mairang Presbytery, a constituent unit of Khasi Jaintia Synod Sepngi which is under Presbyterian Church of India.
With the completion of the first phase of Construction of the College Building at its Permanent Campus, all the Departments except the office were shifted to the New Campus.
