Maharishi Arvind University is a private university located at Jaipur, Rajasthan. It is commonly known as MAU and was established by the Government of Rajasthan in the year 2015. The university has got approval from UGC, AICTE as well as NCTE. The university has a total of 9 departments under which it offers undergraduate, postgraduate, Ph.D., and diploma programs in different streams. The most popular courses offered by the university are B.Sc, MBA, MCA, Diploma, and Ph.D. programs respectively.

Maharishi Arvind University is established by Act No. 25 of 2015 of Goverment of Rajasthan. It is a Multi faculty unity University, with jurisdiction spread over the state of Rajasthan.  

The University’s objective are to disseminate and advance knowledge by offering teaching and research facilities, to make provisions for studies at Under Graduate, Post Graduate and integrated course/levels in Engineering & Technology, Baisc & Applied Science, Managament, Commerce, Art & Humanities, Journalism & Mass Communication, Library & Information Science, Pharmacy, Computer Sciences & Informatics, Bachelor of Education, Law, Design and Vocational  Education and many more courses in pipeline with the intent to promote interdisciplinary studies and research.
