Maharaja College For Women (MCW), Perundurai was established in 1990 by “Paramasivam - Palanisamy Charitable Trust”.

The college is situated 3km from Perundurai., and fulfill the norms stipulated by the Government of TamilNadu and the Bharathiar University.

Thus Maharaja College For Women came into being as 1st September’90 with student strength of 80 and offering three Under Graduate Degree Courses.
