Maharaja Agrasain College of Education, Daroli (Hissar) was established in 2007 under the management of Maharaja Agrasain Education Society.

It is one of the premier colleges established to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone in the part of progress.

The college is at present affiliated with Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Jind formerly affiliated with Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra It is recognized & approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Jaipur.

It is accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with "B" Grade - (in 1st Cycle) on 27th March 2011.

The college offers two years Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course for those who have completed their graduation with minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course.

Students here are admitted who completed their graduation from recognized university with at least 50% marks in major or in aggregate at the Degree level. But Scheduled Castes (S.C.), Scheduled Tribes (S.T.) & (O.B.C) candidates are to be entitled with a relaxation 5% marks ineligibility for admission.

The college also offers two years Diploma in Education (D.Ed.) course for those who have completed their intermediate with the minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognized college/university under the affiliating body State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Gurgaon & Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH), Haryana.

Students here are admitted who completed their intermediate from recognized college/university with at least 50% marks in major or in aggregate at the intermediate level. But Scheduled Castes (S.C.), Scheduled Tribes (S.T.) & (O.B.C) candidates are to be entitled with a relaxation 5% marks ineligibility for admission.

Objectives:

• To foster and perpetuate fraternity of the College and to enable them to establish closer contacts with their Alma Mater
• To render help to the pass outs of this college in getting placement through the College Training, Placement & Counseling Cell
• To further the social, literary and cultural interests of the alumni through functions and meetings of the Association
• To provide guidance and Counseling to the alumni for brighter future prospects
• To establish linkages of the Alumni with other professional bodies on teacher education and school education
• To familiarize and involve the members of the Alumni in innovative pursuits, action research and other developmental programs of the college
• To propagate the values enshrined in Vedic Literature and to promote Indian cultural traditions and values
• To mobilize resources for undertaking various short term and long term programs of the Association to realize objectives of education

Various teaching and learning techniques are being used by the faculty to impart knowledge and skills to students at Maharaja Agrasain College of Education, Daroli (Hissar) in its various departments.
