The Medical College was started in a small portion of Rajarshi Shahu College, with an annual intake of 100 students for undergraduate Medical course.
The college is recognized by Medical Council of India in 1997 and is affiliated to M.U.H.S., Nashik for undergraduate studies and for PG degrees and diplomas, which are being started from 2007.
