Madhav Institute of Technology and Science (MITS), Gwalior was established in 1957.
Now within less than five decades the institute has become an academically autonomous institute and all its entire undergraduate and postgraduate programs are acreditated by NBA , AICTE, New Delhi.
The institute has been run by Scindia Engineering College Society.
