Lord Shiva College of Education (LSCE), Rohtak was established in 2005 under the management of Lord Shiva Education Society.

It is one of the premier colleges established to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone in the part of progress.

The college campus is spread over 24 Kanal 5 Marla of land and total constructed area is 14500 sq. ft. The entire Campus is designed taking students needs and development into consideration.

The college is at present affiliated with Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Jind formerly affiliated with Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak.

It is recognized & approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Jaipur and accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with "B" Grade (in 1st Cycle) on 8th January 2011.

The aim of the college is to impart proper training to the educated youth in the field of education and also to enable the prospective teacher to understand the nature, purpose, and spirit of Secondary/Higher Secondary Education.

The mission of LSCE is to impart to its student's high-quality education, develop their skills, broaden their mental horizon, and nurture them into competent and talented teachers to meet the challenges of the millennium.

The institute offers two years Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course for those who have completed their graduation with minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course.

Students here are admitted who completed their graduation from recognized university with at least 50% marks in major or in aggregate at the Degree level. But Scheduled Castes (S.C.), Scheduled Tribes (S.T.) & (O.B.C) candidates are to be entitled with a relaxation 5% marks ineligibility for admission.

It also offers two years Diploma in Education (D.Ed.) course for those who have completed their intermediate with the minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognized college/university is eligible to apply for this course.

Students here are admitted who completed their intermediate from recognized college/university with at least 50% marks in major or in aggregate at the intermediate level.

But Scheduled Castes (S.C.), Scheduled Tribes (S.T.) & (O.B.C) candidates are to be entitled with a relaxation 5% marks ineligibility for admission.
