Little Rose College of Education, East Godavari was established in 2002.

The college is managed by Elite Education Society. The Govt. of Andhra Pradesh issued No Objection in 2001 (G.O.Rt.No 347 dated on 13-06-2005) allotting 100 candidates (both boys and girls for 2004-2005 batch). NCTE granted recognition to Little Rose College of Education from the academic session 2004-2005.(F.AP/B.Ed/SRO/NCTE/2004-2005/585 Dated 10-02-2005). The College is affiliated to Andhra University, Waltair.
The College offers Bachelor of Education course for those who have passed graduation with minimum aggregate of 45 % from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course. Admissions are made on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying exam and as per norms prescribed by the University. A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to students at Little Rose College of Education in its various departments.
