under the aegis of the Church of Christ, Rampachodavaram, East Godavari District with Dr. K. Lakshma Reddy as their founder director.

LIDS was begun with the vision of providing quality education to aspiring students of dentistry, providing quality dental care to the people of the city of Rajamundry and to serve as a model of quality dental and medical care and education not only in the state of Andhra Pradesh but throughout the country.

LIDS is an institution where every endeavor has been made to fulfill the stringent criteria of global standards of training dental students at an undergraduate level to enable them to succeed in the international level examinations become proficient in all modern techniques in dentistry and serve the humanity at large.

The Dental College is nestled within one of the largest infrastructures in the area.

LIDS have spacious corridors and are equipped with over 100 dental chair units and a plethora of equipments which caters to every mode of treatment conceivable that the patient may require.

The complex is surrounded by a lush green well manicured lawn with a variety off lowering plants.
