The college is affiliated to JNTU Hyderabad and is approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi.

The college provides a perfect ambience of aesthetically designed buildings. The sprawling campus of 22 acres is situate in Hyderabad- Warangal Highway which has setup in a clam, quiet, clean and eco-friendly environment with awe inspiring Wi-Fi enabled infrastructure, well ventilated classrooms, laboratories to foster technological skills, and libraries where books span time, space, culture and genre. The campus is equipped with the state of art Auditorium which facilitates the process of learning where various events are conducted to showcase the creative flair of the students. As a provision for physical fitness, the college also has a sports field and Gymnasium.

KPRIT offers the undergraduate Program Bachelor of Technology B.Tech in Under Graduate Courses in CSE, CSE-(AI&ML), CSE-(DS), ECE, CIVIL, EEE and MECHANICAL Engineering.
