KMM College of Arts & Science, Thrikkakara (Dist. Ernakulam) was established in 1st December 2008 and managed by Jai Bharath Educational Foundation (R), which was established in 2008.
It is one of the premier colleges established to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone on the part of progress.
The college is affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. It is recognized & approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
The aim of the college focused on developing the right skills and orientation in students, as well as on giving special focus on the all-round development of students instead of just academic excellence.
It is a co-educational self-financed Institute, providing a regular course in which is located in the urban part of Ernakulam played a pioneering role in the field of higher education.
The college had received many awards and accolades at a city, state and national level for their educational advancements also received the numbers of achievements awards in the field of sports and curricular activities under the Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam.
The college offers three years undergraduate courses and offers two years of postgraduate course in Arts, Commerce, Science and Management streams with various specializations under the Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam.
University examinations of different courses, examinations conducted by the Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, and various other examinations are held in the college premises.

- The college has a significant presence in the field of research. A number of major & minor research projects are awarded to the faculty members by the UGC and other bodies
- A special complaint cell (Sexual Harassment Cell) has been formed for the female students in the college. Students can directly complain orally or by written application to the head of the cell. Apart from this, Ragging is strictly prohibited on the college campus
- The college has a large playground with well-equipment for different sports like Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Hockey, Badminton and so on
- A medical facility has been available in the college for the benefit of the students
- State Government and Central Government offers a number of scholarships to the meritorious students and the students belonging to SC / ST / OBC
- The institution has provided ICT facilities like computers, projectors, audio-visual gadgets, scanners and printers to the departments and also other aids and a huge number of availability of books for effective delivery of curriculum and for inculcating the knowledge of the subject
