KLE Society 's Law College, Bengaluru was established in 1975 and managed by Karnataka Lingayat Education (KLE) Society.
It is recognized by the Karnataka State Law University, Hubli and Bar Council of India (BCI), New Delhi.
The aim of the college is to impart to the students a strong foundation in Law so that they emerge as professionals well versed in law and its related areas.
It is a co-educational private college, provided a regular course in which is located in the urban part of Bengaluru played a pioneering role in the field of higher education.

The college was started with a three-year L.L. B. Degree Course, a five-year Integrated Degree Course in B.A., LL.B was introduced in the year 1996 and five year BBA, LL.B was introduced in the year 2011.
In addition, knowledge is supplemented by guest lectures from leading advocates and former Judges of High Courts and Supreme Courts on a regular basis
The college conferred the status of grant-in-aid college that the fees and all the facilities for the students are fixed by the government.
The college has been received the numbers of achievements awards in the field of education, sports and curricular from NLIU and was ranked 3rd among top law colleges in India.
The college has been ranked 12th as an India's Best Colleges Law, 24th and 32 as a "Top Law Colleges by leading media houses. GHRDC ranked the college as the 3rd best Law College in the southern region and 9th best Law College in India.
The college presently offers a five years B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and a one year LL.M. courses. It also offers Ph.D. & Post Graduate Diploma courses as well.
The students have to clear the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) and Law School Admission Test (LSAT) which serves as the qualifying examination for the university. Admission has been done when seekers who have registered with the University are eligible for admissions in the college.
Such candidates should examine whether their percentage marks (Best of Four/PCB/PCM, whichever is applicable) falls within the cut- off percentage declared by the College for admission in different courses.
