Khaira College, Khaira owes its inception in 1980 to the endeavour of the people in and around Khaira for the fulfillment of their dream of having a temple of higher learning.

The baby institution has bloomed into a vibrant youth and has celebrated its Silver Jubilee in 2006-07.

This college is recognized by U.G.C.

The goal of this college is to provide higher education qualitatively to people, to provide literary, scientific, technical, professional and industrial education as well as teacher training education, and to prepare plans and programmes for the development of Khaira Block and its adjacent areas.
