Karpagam Arts and Science College, Coimbatore was established in 1995.

The Institute was approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the University Grants Commission (UGC). The college is affiliated to Bharathiar University. It offers both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
