Karm. A. M. Patil Arts, Commerce & Kai. Annasaheb N. K. Patil Science Senior College, Pimpalner (Dist. Dhule) was established on 20th June 1983 and managed by Pimpalner Education Society (R), which was established in 1952.

It is one of the premier colleges established to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone on the part of progress.

The college is affiliated with North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon and it is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under section 2(f) on 3rd November 1988 & 12(B) on 27th August 2009 under Act, 1956.

It is accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with "B" Grade (CGPA Score 2.44 on a 4 Point Scale in 1st Cycle) on 14th September 2015.

The college is located in 5 Acres sprawling campus particularity for tribal zone declared by the Govt. Of Maharashtra. The college was started with just 18 students, now they are proud to say, it increase up to 1000 students registered for Arts, Commerce, & Science faculties.

The aim of the college is to involve the down-trodden classes of the society that lives in remote mofussil areas into the stream of national education, with the lofty aim of molding these young men and women into strong personalities and responsible citizens of the nation for the nation.

It is a co-educational private Institute, provided a regular course in which is located in the terrible part of Dhule played a pioneering role in the field of higher education.

At the beginning level, the only faculty of commerce was started in June 1983 & then 1985 faculty of Arts & in 1988 faculty of Science has started in natural growth on the purely non-granted basis. The college attained the grant in October 1988.

The college conferred the status of grant-in-aid college that the fees and all the facilities for the students are fixed by the government. The student's admission is done as per the admission criteria prescribed by the affiliating university.

The college had received many awards and accolades at a city, state and national level for their educational advancements also received the numbers of achievements awards in the field of sports and curricular activities under North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon.

The college offers three years undergraduate courses in Arts, Science, and Commerce streams with various specializations under North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon.

University examinations of different courses, examinations conducted by North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon, and various other examinations are held in the college premises.
