About K.R.College of Arts and Science
K.R.College of Arts & Science is a self finance college which was established in 1995.
Its managed by Thiru K.Ramasamy, the Chairman of National Educational and Charitable Trust, Kovilpatti with the approval of Tamil Nadu government to provide higher education to economically poor boys and girls in and around Kovilpatti.
Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli has granted affiliation to start K.R.College of Arts & Science, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi(dist).
The main ambition of the college management authorities is to provide quality education to the rural youth.
It has obtained 2(f) status from University Grants Commission, New Delhi.
The college has already undergone the process of general inspection commission nominated by Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli.
