K.M. College of Pharmacy (KMCP), Madurai was established in 1981.

The college is affiliated to Dr. M.G.R. Medical University 

The college is managed by K.M.Mission Medical & Educational Trust with foresight to provide pharmacy education in the backward districts and develop an institution of excellence in India.

The college is approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and Govt. of Tamilnadu and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).

The institution has full fledged facilities in the various branches. A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to the students in various departments.
