K.K. Parekh Commerce College, Amreli was established in 1967.

The institute is managed and run Amreli Jilla Vidya Sabha.

The college of commerce is affiliated to Saurashtra University, Rajkot and accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Bangalore.

K.K. Parekh Commerce College imparts undergraduate program in the field of commerce (Bachelor of Commerce) and management (Bachelor of Business Administration).
