K.E.C. Teacher Training Institute, Tiruvannamalai is managed under Arunachala trust. Arunachala trust was established in 2005.

Its affiliated to Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University.

To serve in Education and Health for the poor in the rural area. The Trust has been serving for the uplift of the downtrodden and illiterate people.

The College is purely established to improve the literacy and ensure jobs for the rural candidates.

The College is also serving to make social awareness among the poor illiterate people. The College offer two years Diploma in Teacher Education (D.T.Ed.) for men and women candidates.
