Jeevan Jyoti College of Education, Faridabad was established by Ch. Heera Lal Memorial Education and Cultural Society, Chhajju Nagar, Palwal in 2007 to impart the teacher education to the citizens of India.

The society has firmly determined to check and eradicate social evils of various kinds which are only possible if the standard and quantum of literacy is increased in India.

Now to achieve the said aim, Jeevan Jyoti College of Education is in existence where the teacher education and training to the student are being imparted to make them true teacher hence, Jeevan Jyoti College of Education will give a quality of intellectuals and teaching professionals to the Society.

The college is affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. It is recognized & approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Jaipur.

Jeevan Jyoti College of Education is a unit of Jeevan Jyoti Group, under which other several institutions are also governed and run successfully.

The institute offers two years Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course for those who have completed their graduation with minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course.

Students here are admitted who completed their graduation from recognized university with at least 50% marks in major or in aggregate at the Degree level. But Scheduled Castes (S.C.), Scheduled Tribes (S.T.) & (O.B.C) candidates are to be entitled with a relaxation 5% marks ineligibility for admission.
