Jayawantrao Sawant College of Engineering, Pune is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and Govt. Of Maharashtra affiliated to Pune University.

Jayawant Shikshan Prasarak Mandal (JSPM) was established in 1998  with the objective of creating centers of excellence for education in the field of Engineering, Medical, Pharmacy, Management, computers etc.
