Jayam College of Engineering and Technology (JCET), Dharmapuri has been accredited by the NBA an autonomous body of the All India Council for Technical Education.

It is approved by AICTE and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai and is an ISO 19001:2008 certified institute.

JEHCT is run by its Chairman, Mr. M. Ramesh and the Managing Trustee, Mrs. R. Parvathi Ramesh. The Trust was registered in the year 1997 and Jayam College of Engineering & technology (JCET) was started in the year 1998. In the year 2008, JEHCT added Polytechnic College (JPC) and had started to become a group of institutions since then.
