Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College & Hospital(JLNMCH), Ajmer was established in 1965.

The college is affiliated to the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences and approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI).

Surrounding the main building of the college , there is ample of space for a garden & parking area for faculty members , office staff and the students.

The college was run in the building of T.B. and Chest Diseases Hospital till 1967-68.

Thereafter it was shifted to the present building in vicinity of the Jawahar Lal Nehru Hospital, formerly known as Victoria Hospital. Jawahar Lal Nehru Hospital is equipped with all the modern treatment facilities and a team of dedicated doctors and paramedical staff who provide a round the clock service to the patients.

A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to the students in various departments of the college.
