Jagriti Institute of Higher Education, Faridabad was established in September 2007 under the management of Jagriti Shiksha Samiti Mohna.

It is one of the premier colleges of education established to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone in the part of progress.

The college is affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak & State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Gurgaon. It is recognized & approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Jaipur.
 
The college is situated in Mohna, Ballabgarh, Dist. Faridabad, Haryana and offering Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and Diploma in Education (D.Ed.) course.

The main aim of the college is to provide opportunities for all students to achieve their full potential and this can be done through collective efforts of faculty, staff members and students with modern facilities which are essential for making would be teachers.

The institute offers one year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course for those who have completed their graduation with minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course.

Students here are admitted who completed their graduation from recognized university with at least 50% marks in major or in aggregate at the Degree level. But Scheduled Castes (S.C.), Scheduled Tribes (S.T.) & (O.B.C) candidates are to be entitled with a relaxation 5% marks ineligibility for admission.

It also offers two years Diploma in Education (D.Ed.) course as per the norms of State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Gurgaon & Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH), Bhiwani for those who have completed their intermediate course with the minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognized college/university are eligible to apply for this course.
