J.S.P. Sangh's Shri. Bhimarayappa Fakirappa (B.F.) Yaligar College of Education, Munoli (Dist. Belagavi) was established on 2nd December 2004 under the management of Janata Shikshan Sangha’s, a pioneer in Education.

It is one of the premier colleges established to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone in the part of progress.

It is affiliated to Rani Channamma University, Belagavi. It is recognized approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Bengaluru.

The founding Principal well experience and great scholar Shri M.H.Churi was taken charge in December 2004 and run the college very well for 2 years. Later in June 2007 the good experience and great scholar Shri A.S.Amoghimath has taken a charge of Principal Post.

Since its inception, the college is providing Higher Professional Education to rural students like personality development programs and other professional programs like_ developing skills in teaching, practice teaching training, S.U.P.W activities, Health and Physical Programs and Educational tour program.

The Shri B.F. Yaligar College providing seamless access to sustainable and quality education, skill up graduation and training to all by using new methodologies. Provide an intelligent flexible system of teacher education to meet the challenges of access and equities and work towards the development of society.

The college offers two years Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) course for those who have completed their graduation with minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course also offers optional courses also.

Students here are admitted who completed their graduation from recognized university with at least 50% marks in major or in aggregate at the Degree level. But Scheduled Castes (S.C.), Scheduled Tribes (S.T.) & (O.B.C) candidates are to be entitled with a relaxation 5% marks ineligibility for admission.
