J.S.P.S. Government Homoeopathic Medical College (JSPSGHMC), Hyderabad was established in 1979. The college is affiliated to the Osmania University and recognised by the Central Council of Homeopathy (CCH). Initially, the college was managed privately, but in 1979, it was merged under the Government’s management with affiliation to Osmania University. Since, 1987-88, the medical college is affiliated to A.P University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada. With the inclusion of postgraduate courses in 1999, both the courses are affiliated to the Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada and recognized by Central Council of Homeopathy, Government of India. The institute is under the administrative control of Commissioner, Dept. of AYUSH, Government of Andhra Pradesh. A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to the students in various departments of the college.
