Institute of Management & Research (IMR), Ghaziabad was established in 1997 under the aegis of N.P. Goel Charitable Trust. Over the period of 21 years the institute has come up as one of the best B-School's in NCR Region, imparting quality education in a stimulating and innovative environment where students are empowered with knowledge and professionals skills. The institute witnessed a rapid growth in northern india with an aim of setting high standards of imparting quality education. Its founder Shri. N.P. Goel, well known for his untiring determination and philanthropic approach has been the guiding spirit  and inspiration behind the institute.

IMR is affiliated to the U.P. Technical University, Lucknow and Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut.

At present the  courses offered are PGDM which is approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, New Delhi, MBA and MCA affiliated by Dr. A.P.J. Kalam Technical University, Lucknow and approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD.
